Return Policy
Our goal is to make your shopping at ShecyPearlJewelry.com a worry-free experience. If you're not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 90 days of purchase for a full refund or a replacement - whichever you prefer.

Retain all documents and keep the jewelry as possible as you can in its original condition, send them all back to ShecyPearls. We will inspect the return merchandise right after we receive it, and timely inform you the status of how we handling this issue.

Damaged Jewelry
Our quality control staffs inspect every item prior to shipping. Damaged items may not be returned, the only exception is damage caused in transit. Please inspect the items as soon as you receive it and report damage in the first time.

Worn Jewelry
Shecy's 90 days refund policy is not applied to jewerly that is not in its original condition and has any sign of wear or alternation.

Tailor-made Jewelry
Tailor-made Jewelry is a service that Shecy provided to make our customer get the exact jewelry they like. The order is completed under a well communication between you and Shecy's customer service staffs.
We will ask for your confirmation on the design and finished items before we send the jewelry to you. Tailor-made Jewelry is such a unique one and might represents your one-of-a-kind taste and personal style, so it is NOT returnable. But you are welcome to send it back for modification. Additional fee of jewelry making and material will be charged.

Return Shipping Cost
We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping amount.

If the item is returned for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping amount. We will timely inform you the status of how we handling the issue.
